Busy couple of weeks.
Rattling through jobs from stand finish to cerakote cleared super finish and standard.
Tumble blaster has been non stop this past month! With couple of minor breakdowns its time to finish the upgrade drive system. Considering existing was just a Saturday afternoon prototype to see if it would work. Three years on 💪.
With over 40kgs dropped off for plating and just as much waiting for blasting.

What a week!
Nut Tumble blaster running flat out, with 22kgs of assorted nuts and bolts cleaned in two days 💪
Some new castings in for that old look treatment. Great for that vintage project where new and shiny is not an option.
Cheeky little Weber carb in for refurb for a sexy Italian car. More on this project later.
Plus 12 loads through the parts washer!
Pair of original Lotus struts in for conversion. Allowing adjustable height. Cleaned ready for paint and reassembly

Nice little clean up for a Big Cat manifold.
Top side as usual been polished. But the underside left wanting some love.
When the customer is going to great lengths for perfection on his rebuild. Came to me for advice on what can I do. Masking off the polished surfaces, was then able to clean the rough cast finish underside. Leaving a manifold of equally clean top and bottom. Not that the underside can be seen once in place. But those will know its meticulous attention to detail 👌

Another week passes by and always expanding knowledge with experience.
Tasked with cleaning and bringing life back to some rubber parts for our regular customer Jack of Can-Am Bombardier Military Restorations. Showing its not just metallic parts that can be vapour blasted.
Another duo of Honda gearbox casings in for a spruce up. Masked ready for clear ceramic coating then off to the gearbox builder.

No sooner I clear the deck, it fills right back up!
Week of collections and deliveries from all over the UK 👌.
Still found time to process 20kgs of loose nuts and bolts. Thank god for our automated blaster making light work of them. While they work out @£12.5/kg.
Honda parts collected by the Onna Motorsport team.
Made good progress on lovely flat six air cooled engine.
Trio of carbs in for a freshen up, ready for check over before hitting the race circuit.
Finally some Harley parts finished ready for collection.
