We have several sites currently running on backup power. We are monitoring the situation and there maybe a risk of outage that we will address if it happens.

We are currently without power also. We have reported to NIE

Please leave equipment on and not restart when power is restored.

⚠️Ongoing denial of service attacks.⚠️

Some of our customers may be experiencing intermittent service disruptions due to an ongoing DDoS attacks that are affecting one of our service partners. This type of attack is complex and dynamic, aiming to overwhelm systems and occurring at a level beyond our control. We understand how important reliable service is, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption this is causing.

Our partner is working closely with their security team to mitigate the attack as it evolves and they endeavour to maintain service as smoothly as possible.

Please there is no need to reboot/restart equipment.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this ongoing event. Thank you for your continued support.

After a very long weekend of the storm and repairs keeping our network going we are experiencing some issues with one of our upstream providers.

After visiting site we believe that this issue was due to overheating. We monitored temperatures at the upper limit of operating last night. These temperatures are now restored true to our we country. We also have checked air flow and helped with this.

We are aware of an issue where our customers in the Tobermore, Maghera and Draperstown area will experience drop out. We are thinking a possible over heating but will not be sure until we visit site tomorrow morning.

There has been damage done to one of our carrier grade links and we are running on a failover link. We have worked at repairing this all day today but no success. We will be back onsite with solution tomorrow hopefully. 3rd June, while we get main link fixed.

It was a freak storm last night but has done the damage.

Please share to ppl in need of this info.

From today all sites on mains power and visited most sites to check for damage, and even today we have been repairing this damage. We are hoping we have most sorted with the last generator going off was actually our own home.

Please let us know if you are still offline so we can carry out repairs if needed. *important*

When repairs are being carried out there maybe a drop of service. This should last no longer than 30mins.

We are planning some more maintenance/repairs
from 8am - 5pm tomorrow 31st January, this is emergency, break fix and hope downtime will be minimal.

Also note. No need to restart equipment. When service is restored hopefully all will login.

Thanks to everyone involved in helping with power today. And thanks to NIE as they have worked tirelessly in bringing back power after storm.

We have 80% of network back on NIE power and a few sites on standby power.

We have one site we I’ll visit in the morning to bring online fully after being out tonight and inspecting damage to our equipment.

Also note. No need to restart equipment. When service is restored hopefully all will login.
