Albany Pumps are proud to support the local community by donating a brand-new defibrillator to Lydney Rugby Club, reinforcing our shared commitment to player safety and community wellbeing.

Albany Pumps Directors, Colin Allen and Stuart George, were delighted to officially present the life-saving device to Lydney Rugby Club Head Physio, Maddy Bailey, during the club’s home match against Matson on Saturday.

At Albany Pumps, we recognise the importance of having essential medical equipment readily available at sporting venues. This donation ensures that Lydney Rugby Club’s medical team has access to vital emergency support during both games and training sessions, helping to safeguard players, staff, and spectators alike.

We’re proud to play our part in supporting grassroots sport and enhancing safety within our community. Lydney RFC has expressed their appreciation for the donation, and we look forward to continuing our strong relationship with the club and the wider Lydney community.

Some of the Albany Pumps team braved some terrible weather on Saturday at Bells Hotel and Country Club for their first golf day.

Congratulations to Dan Morse, who won on countback against Mike Hughes with 38 points. Commiserations to Asher, who took home the Albany Wooden Spoon with 3 points!
