Mental Health Awareness Day 💚

Sport has the power to bring people together, build confidence and create friendships that last a lifetime.

But behind every performance is a person, and not every challenge is visible.

Today, we're reminding everyone across the sporting community that looking after your mental health is just as important as looking after your physical health.

Check in with your teammates, make time for yourself and remember that it's always okay to ask for support.

Because we're stronger together, on and off the pitch. 💚

An exciting new chapter for St. George’s Park! ⚽🏟️

As the home of England’s national football teams continues its transformation through the ambitious SGP 2.0 project, it’s fantastic to see the investment and innovation shaping the future of elite football in England.

Harrod Sport has proudly supplied St. George’s Park with football goals and pitch equipment, including team shelters, since the facility opened in 2012.

To see such an iconic venue continue to evolve, setting new standards for performance, training and player development, is incredibly exciting.

We’re delighted to play our part in supporting a facility at the very highest level of the game and look forward to seeing the next chapter unfold. 👏

Next stop: America🥊

It’s been a brilliant few months for Ron Harrod Foundation athlete Brooke Matthews, who recently added another tournament victory to her record - this time competing at 57kg - and was also named Outstanding Female of the Tournament. 🏆

Now, Brooke’s attention turns to her next challenge, with trips to San Francisco and Las Vegas in October.

We’re proud to be supporting Brooke through the Ron Harrod Foundation. Good luck, Brooke! 👏
