At the 55 West Ealing project, all building services are coordinated strictly to the fire strategy, including fire-rated ductwork, detection systems, and automatic sprinklers. Every sprinkler head is precisely placed for full coverage, which means when planning to add elements such as grilles, detectors, and downlights they can be integrated seamlessly into the ceiling plan avoiding clashes and “ceiling acne :

Our team has installed the boosted cold water system with thermal insulation, running from the tank room up to the risers in the block.

This installation ensures consistent water pressure throughout the building, minimises heat gain or loss along the pipework, and complies with the project’s hydraulic and energy-efficiency requirements.

Careful routing and insulation also maintain system performance across all floors.

Installed air-to-water heat pump system comprising a Daikin UK indoor hydrobox unit (right side of image) connected to a Daikin Altherma outdoor unit (left side of image). The system operates on a refrigerant-to-water heat pump cycle, transferring thermal energy from ambient air via the outdoor unit to the internal hydronic distribution system through the indoor module.

Throwback Thursday to our New Kent Road project with HG Construction, installation carried out 2 years ago.

We delivered Nuaire MVHR systems across the apartments, improving ventilation and energy performance.

Utility cupboards were prefabricated offsite and delivered ready to install, streamlining onsite works and commissioning.
