Our team at Lovells want to reassure all of our lovely customers that we have remained open since the Persian Gulf War began and have a yard sale pump so customers can buy smaller amounts of oil if needed to see them through these price hikes and volatility.
We also want to reassure everyone that we have honoured ALL of our pre war order prices and haven't cancelled any orders. We know that our industry has come under scrutiny by the media and that some other companies are not doing our industry justice but we hold our heads high that we have remained loyal and true to our customers and have not profiteered - we are just doing what we can to keep our customers homes warm and to get to the thousands of queries we are getting on a daily basis.
Our office team is putting in many extra hours and some working almost round the clock to ensure things are running as smoothly as possible in the face of some very testing situations.
We appreciate everyone's understanding and patience at this difficult time for our industry and for all off grid customers.
This is the most testing and difficult situation we have ever found ourselves in - please do bear with us, we are only human, remain an independent family run company and genuinely care about all of our customers.
