We are delighted to announce that planning permission has been granted for a residential development at Samphire Court, Grays, Essex RM17.

The approved scheme comprises the er****on of a new 2-bedroom dwelling on land adjacent to the existing property, together with a single-storey rear extension to the host dwelling. We’re pleased to announce that planning permission has been secured for our latest residential extension.
The scheme combines a single-storey rear/side enlargement with a two-storey addition above, allowing us to optimise the footprint of the existing home. The ground floor is reconfigured to deliver an expanded living area with improved natural light and a stronger connection to the garden, while the first-floor extension creates a much-needed extra bedroom to support the growing family.
