Ferrari 53527 & 53528 selector forks for 250, 330GT2+2 & 330 LMB. Flatness, parrelism and squareness of fork faces and selector rod bore are all within 15 microns! We challenge you to find a better part. A perfect match with the 522047 Syncro Sleeves that we also manufacture.

Wire eroding the start of what becomes Ferrari #53527 & #53528 selector forks for 250, 330 etc. Several more processes carried out after this but they will be back on the wire eroder on one of the final op's after heat treatment to finish the selector rod hole. This ensures perfect working alignment of the fork to the syncro slider (which we also make!)

Sometimes we have to develop a tool for a Ferrari that never existed before. The tool in the picture is a precision GO/NOGO gauge that we have developed for checking the condition of the female splined hole in the crankshaft and flywheel hub on the Ferrari 355. As you can see the NOGO gauge passes into the drive hub in the picture. The car that this came off had a history of breaking quill shafts and it was given to us to investigate deeper. We are now manufacturing the replacement flywheel hubs that will allow workshops to replace just the hub if the spline is worn. With this tool the check can be easily carried out when removing the pumpkin from the car. Available in the next 1-2 weeks.

Our Testarossa clutch conversion kit is becoming very popular. We first released this around two years ago to get rid of the twin plate clutch. Everything from the flywheel up to the fl**ge mounting face of the bell housing is included in the kit. The existing input shaft is used and the kit utilises one of our CRB-456-550MS release bearings. Available from us or from any of our distributors.

1st and 2nd Gear sets for the Ferrai 512TR and Testarossa are now available. All of our gears are made from an aircraft release specification steel as this is much cleaner than commercial grade steels resulting in a much stronger gear than the original factory parts. All of our gearbox gears are precision gear ground after heat treatment.
