Vamein butterfly valves offer a high-quality, cost-effective solution for fluid control across a wide range of industrial applications. For aggressive or corrosive media, the PTFE/PTFE-lined "Galactic" series is available, typically in DN 50–300 mm.
Designed for operating pressures of PN 10–16 and temperatures from –40 °C to +180 °C, Vamein valves are constructed from durable materials like ductile iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminium bronze. Discs and liners come in rubber variants (EPDM, NBR, Viton) or chemical-resistant PTFE/PFA linings.
Key design features include multi-flange compatibility for easy installation without gaskets, lug-style bodies for pipeline stability, and a cavity-free design that allows easy liner replacement. These valves offer low-pressure drop and low operating torque, enhancing energy efficiency.
Built to international standards such as ISO 9001, PED 2014/68/EU, ATEX 2014/34/EU, and API 609, they provide full traceability of components.
