The best-designed room in the house shouldn't be let down by the switch on the wall. ✋

You choose the taps, the handles, the lighting, every finish considered. Then a cluttered plastic panel lands on the wall and undoes it.

It doesn't have to. One minimal control sits flush against the plaster, in a finish that belongs with everything else you chose. A single interface that is configured to how your home works, instead of a row of switches.

Beautiful to look at, and effortless to live with. That is rather the point.

You might recognise this one from Grand Designs. 🏡

The Foxes Maltings is a self-build in the Lincolnshire countryside, home to Zara and Giuliano. Beautiful to look at, and quietly clever underneath.

The heating holds the whole house at a lovely steady temperature without anyone thinking about it. The lighting follows the time of day, then drops into the scenes they love for an evening in. ✨

None of it announces itself. It simply makes the home a calmer, easier place to live.

As the owners put it, they wanted "a system that was easy for everyone to understand and really add to the living experience."

The house is already awake before you are. ☀️

The blinds ease open with the morning light. The kitchen is warm. Your favourite radio station is playing softly down the hall.

Nobody reached for a switch. Nobody opened an app. It simply happens, the same way every morning, because the home was designed around the people living in it.

That is what a morning with Baulogic feels like. It never feels like a house full of technology. It feels like a home that quietly gets on with things, so you can enjoy your coffee. ☕

Behind every Baulogic install is a stack like this. What you don't see is how much of the work happened long before it reached the wall.

Every enclosure is pre-configured and designed off-site, then delivered to site in our grey metal boxes ready for the electrician to plug in. No programming on site, no head-scratching in a cupboard. It arrives ready to go.

It's built around the two-stage electrical process too. During first fix, the back plates are secured to the wall so the space is always reserved and accounted for. Then during second fix, the boxes themselves go in and connect straight up. Clean, planned, and no surprises when it's time to finish.
That's the bit that makes a hardwired system easy to live with. All the complexity handled off-site, so the install on-site stays simple.
