Recently, The Hireman team came together for our Autumn Conference, kindly hosted by our friends at Niftylift Worldwide at their impressive Milton Keynes facility.
Bringing colleagues together from across the business, the conference gave us the opportunity to step away from the day-to-day and focus on what comes next for The Hireman.
With growth, strategy and innovation at the heart of the day, we explored where we want to go as a business, how we can continue to improve the way we work, and the ideas and opportunities that will help us deliver an even better service for our customers.
It was a positive and engaging day, with plenty of discussion around the next stage of our growth and how we continue to evolve as a business while staying true to the service and values that have brought us this far.
We were also fortunate to be given a tour of the Niftylift factory, providing a fascinating behind-the-scenes look at their manufacturing operation, technology and the innovation that goes into their equipment.
The conference generated plenty of ideas, plans and conversations that we’re excited to take forward, and we look forward to seeing these develop into action over the coming months.
We’re also excited about the potential for further collaboration with Niftylift as our relationship continues to grow.
