Charlie is 100% on point here . What once was a proud trade is now taken over by quantity over quality which will never end well , that combined with the insane rules and regulations forced upon tradesmen/ women is getting beyond ridiculous… we have no job security which forces especially Brickies can only take what’s given due too the constant undercutting . Bricklayers sadly don’t stand together and it’s understandable given the circumstances.
