Removing carbon deposits from a old Citreon Xsara 1.6 diesel, this vehicle received our hydrogen engine carbon clean due to it loosing all power it would barely tick over shaking all over the place any application on the accelerator it began choking as the catalytic converter was blocked after a few minutes of hydrogen this video was the result we did carry on for 45minutes pumping out carbon and restoring breathability !!

No 2 of 2 videos this second video after some persuasion we got this dpf pressure back to normal operating parameters this one was a bit of a struggle it was really blocked but by us using the best available product from Italy we were able to get the desired result no one else wanted to touch this as the pressures were too high !!!!

DPF light present, sounded rough

Manual back pressure tests carried out. This vehicle received a full diagnostics read, live data reading to make sure everything is in working order, and fault finding for the route cause of blockage.

After a full inspection of the vehicle and a chat with our client we determined the DPF had clogged due to only doing short journeys.

We carried out a DPF clean using our pressurised spray in products that remove both soot and ash. We then carried out a Hydroclean to remove carbon from the rest of the internal engine tract. Ensuring this doesn’t just move from the engine back into the DPF.
