World Mental Health Day!
Let’s talk about it: a shocking 875,000 workers suffered from work-related mental health in the past year, that’s 15% of the UK workforce.
With the majority of our time spent working in the construction industry, we recognise the importance of supporting our staff, subbies and clients where we can. Cygnus will be leaders of innovation both within the industry and with how we manage all our employees; all our senior management team has been provided with training on mental health, we want to change how mental health is seen within the industry by ensuring we break the stigma.
Cygnus has an open-door policy, for everyone, not just our staff. We encourage everyone to talk, ask for help and not be ashamed of their feelings. Our door is always open no matter who you are.
