BreakTeam Within ESA's Drop Your Thesis! 2016 programme, we aim to study the breakup of colloidal liquids in microgravity.

BreakTeam is formed by:

- Valentina Picardi: Master student in Aerospace Engineering at Queen Mary University of London (UK)

- James Garbagnati: Master student in Aerospace Engineering at Queen Mary University of London (UK)

- Beatriz Muñoz Sánchez: PhD student in Fluid Mechanics at Universidad de Sevilla (Spain)

- Rafael Castrejón Pita: Endorsing professor of the team and lecturer at Queen Ma

We were selected to participate in the Drop Your Thesis! 2016 programme organised yearly by the European Space Agency (ESA). This will allow us to test our experiment in microgravity conditions, at the ZARM Drop Tower in Bremen (Germany), next October 2016.
