A modern decorative metal‑frame balustrade fabricated and fitted to the customer’s design in Willesden. We also had the pleasure of revisiting the loft extension where we supplied and installed all the structural steels(Head back to our page and have a look to see our previous steelwork to see how far it's come) It’s great to see how far the project has come. Another bespoke staircase installation completed.
We fabricated the entire steel zig‑zag frame and upright system as one fully custom unit, built specifically for this stairwell. Every measurement, cut, and weld was done to suit the tight space and existing walls, giving the whole structure a clean, seamless fit from top to bottom.

The timber treads were supplied and fitted by others, but the steelwork was designed to take them perfectly — no adjustments needed once they went in. That’s the benefit of proper made‑to‑measure fabrication: everything lines up exactly where it should.

A challenging space, a lot of precision, and a really satisfying finish. Another solid bit of bespoke work.

We removed the existing roof structure and replaced it with a new steel frame to create a stronger, more open space for the next phase of the project.
From fabrication to installation, every beam was measured, cut, and fitted to spec — no shortcuts, no guesswork.
