With more than 20 years experience in the commercial vehicle lifting industry, George has supplied, installed and serviced workshop lifting equipment for independent workshops, fleet operators, truck dealers, bus and coach depots and MOT stations across the UK. Column Lift UK is built on that experience, and on the belief that a straightforward, no-nonsense approach is simply better for everyone in the trade.

Column Lift UK is an independent supplier and hire company for heavy-duty commercial vehicle workshop equipment. We supply to commercial vehicle workshops, MOT test stations, fleet operators, truck dealers, bus and coach depots, anywhere in the UK.

Our approach is different. The heavy workshop equipment market has always operated on a “call for pricing” model. Every quote is negotiated individually, no reference point for the buyer. We think that’s wrong. We publish prices where we can, and where we can’t, we give you a straight answer fast. No inflated quotes to “discount from”. No negotiation theatre.

As an independent supplier we are not tied to a single manufacturer. That means we can source the equipment that genuinely fits your workshop, your pit dimensions, your vehicle range and your budget, not just whatever one brand happens to make.

Professional installation, on-site commissioning, calibration certification and equipment refurbishment are all available.
