Delivering a fully refurbished Trekinetic GTE MK3 to a very happy client in Appleby in Westmorland, Cumbria yesterday.
It fitted into the back of my Mini Countryman. One of the real advantages of the Trekinetic.

The Trekinetic MK4 GTE now available for demonstrations.

Falls Prevention Community Drop-In is coming to Penicuik!

Following two hugely successful events in Lasswade, Midlothian Health and Social Care Partnership's free Falls Prevention Community Drop-In is heading to Ladywood Leisure Centre, Penicuik.

More than 20 local health and care professionals will be on hand, with no appointment needed. Speak to physiotherapists, dietitians, pharmacists, occupational therapists, optometrists, the Ageing Well team and many more.

The previous events welcomed over 200 people each, with attendees asking for the drop-in to come to Penicuik. We're delighted to be bringing it to Ladywood. Enjoy homemade cake, coffees teas and, of course, Ageing Well's popular fitness tests!

Organiser Linda Linton is pictured fourth from the right with members of the Ageing Well’s hugely popular Best Step Forward class at St Mungo’s Church Hall in Penicuik. We’re hoping many of the 50 plus attendees will also make it to our falls prevention drop-in.
