The twist locks had failed on this Muldoon tipping trailer, we cut the old ones, redesigned and strengthened the new ones to prevent it happening in the future!
The twist locks on this Muldoon tipping trailer had failed, so we cut out the damaged units and manufactured a redesigned, strengthened set in-house.

Built to withstand the demands of daily operation and help prevent the issue from reoccurring, this trailer is now back on the road and ready for work.

The tipping hinge bracket on this bulker blower had failed, and with no replacement parts available off the shelf, our team manufactured a new set in-house.

Using thicker material and incorporating additional gussets for increased strength and durability, we ensured a long-lasting repair. The components were then painted in-house and fitted, getting the vehicle back on the road with minimal downtime.

Another busy day at BMG Fabrications!

Recently we had an 8 wheeler with a Bulkrite body in for insurance repair after another truck hit it from the rear, we replaced the 8mm profile on the rear, straightened the door and replaced the damaged pneumatic cylinders and made it as good as new.

Another significant milestone for us at BMG Fabrications.

We recently had the pleasure of working on A.E. Gough & Sons' new MAN TGX 640, fitting a complete wet kit and a custom-built catwalk. We are incredibly proud of the finished result and the high standard of workmanship achieved.

This build featured an Edbro tipping gear installation, a rear cab tank with chassis colour-coded mounting brackets, a bespoke catwalk, and a custom suzie frame, all designed to complement the vehicle and meet the customer's requirements.

We look forward to completing many more of these installations, alongside a wide range of tipping gear solutions tailored to our customers' needs.

We had a customer in recently for a large repair on a Muldoon Blower Trailer. With damage to the side wall, sight class and sheeting system. We replaced the damaged panels, fitted a new sight glass, painted the replaced section and fitted a new sheet and poles.

We had a return customer in for a repair on one of the main rails on a bulkrite body. We had this lorry in and out within the day to keep it earning and safe.

We recently had a customer in to have there under body supports welded back in on this PPG body and panels fixed back on. We also made some sheet repairs to the floor. Keeping the lorry in operation and safe for the customer.

The driver of this trailer reported his rollover sheet was painfully slow. A quick strip down found the suction filter blocked! Cleaned up, fresh oil and it was working as good as new!
