A huge THANK YOU to everyone who made the Burton Roofing NW Charity Golf Day 2026 one to remember! ⛳

It was brilliant to see so many customers, suppliers, colleagues, sponsors and guests come together at Formby Hall to support Halle’s Hub.

We had 66 golfers brave the early rain and head out onto the course, while plenty more joined us throughout the event and for the evening celebrations.

We even had Neil Ruddock out on the course with us, who was an absolute superstar throughout the day and helped make an already brilliant event that little bit more memorable!

Of course, the day was about much more than golf.

Together, we raised an incredible £7,500 for Halle’s Hub, supporting Heather Evans and her dedicated team and the fantastic work they do for children and families. ❤️

We couldn’t have reached that total without the generosity of everyone involved, and we’d especially like to thank all of our sponsors for getting behind the event:

VELUX Don & Low Ltd wienerberger UK Marley Northstone Roof Tiles GB Sandtoft Ubbink UK Ltd Klober Ltd Mercury Soprema Group Allen Signs Ltd Swisspearl Group Cure It GRP Roofing System Restec Roofing Systems Fatra UK Rose Roofing Limited Marcol AlphaGraphics

To everyone who attended, played, donated, sponsored or supported the event in any way – thank you for being part of it.

We’re already looking forward to the Burton Roofing Charity Golf Day 2027! ⛳

Supporting our communities goes beyond roofing.

At Burton Roofing Merchants, we're proud to announce our sponsorship of Mental Health FC.

Mental Health FC is making a real difference across South Yorkshire through its growing network of community football sessions, including in Doncaster and Sheffield, where people can improve their mental wellbeing in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Mental health affects us all, and we believe that creating opportunities for people to connect, exercise and support one another is worth investing in.

This partnership is particularly meaningful because one of our team members, Fleet Controller Chris Waiton MCMI CMgr, International CPC licence Waiton, has been involved with Mental Health FC for the past two years. Chris attends sessions three times a week and now leads the Sunday session in Doncaster, witnessing first-hand the positive difference the organisation makes to people's lives.

Mental Health FC offers a welcoming environment where people from all backgrounds and abilities can come together to enjoy football, improve their wellbeing and build lasting friendships.

As a business built on people and relationships, we're proud to support an organisation that shares our values.

We look forward to supporting the fantastic work Mental Health FC continues to do in our
local communities.
