Elite Selected for Scottish Enterprise Innovation Challenge

Elite Control Systems is proud to announce its selection for the Scottish Enterprise CAN DO Innovation Feasibility Challenge, a programme supporting cutting-edge innovation across Scotland.

The project focuses on Digital Asset Intelligence and SCADA interoperability for offshore wind, marking a strategic step into the renewable energy sector. By leveraging its expertise in industrial automation, control systems, and cyber resilience, Elite Control Systems aims to support the next generation of offshore wind operations.

This achievement highlights the company’s ongoing commitment to innovation and its growing role within the offshore and renewable energy sectors. Collaboration with Scottish Enterprise and industry partners over the coming months will further strengthen its position in delivering advanced, future-ready solutions.

Festive Season Wishes from Elite Controls 2025

As the festive season approaches our team extends warm wishes to everyone for the upcoming festivities.

It’s been a busy few weeks here at Elite! Alongside support our amazing clients, we’ve been getting into the festive spirt.

Our office is looking wonderfully Christmas-ready, and our team recently enjoyed a delicious lunch at The Bayleaf in Bathgate. Here are some festive snaps from our decorated office and team meal – a perfect way to end the year on a high note!

Should you need our help over this period our office opening hours are:

• The Pre-Engineering/Sales Office will be closed from the 19 December 2025 to 5 January 2026

• Please note that Our Engineering department will be closed from the 19 December 2025 to 5 January 2026

• Support – Customers with an Elite support contract will continue to access this service as normal by using the dedicated support telephone number. If you require remote support, please contract your dedicated support line number as normal and one of our team will assist.

For any customers who do not have a support contract in place but have concerns over cover for the festive period, then please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options and where we may be able to assist and provide cover including the setup of dedicated remote access support.

Go-Karting Fun with the Elite Team!

With autumn now in full swing and the colder, darker nights setting in, the Elite team is keeping the energy up with some exciting team-building activities. Our latest outing? A fast-paced, laughter-filled evening of Go-Karting at Xtreme Karting!



It was the perfect way to shake off the seasonal blues and bring everyone together for some friendly competition. Racing around the track gave us all a chance to let loose, cheer each other on, and see who had the fastest lap time — turns out we’ve got a few speed demons in the team!



A huge thank you to Xtreme Karting for hosting such a brilliant Grand Prix-style event. The atmosphere was electric, and the whole team had an amazing time.



We’re all about keeping spirits high and building strong connections, and this was just one of many fun ways we’re embracing the season together.

🎉 The Elite Six Week Fitness Challenge: We Came, We Sweated, We Conquered (Mostly)!

After six weeks of walking, cycling, and pretending we weren’t sore the next day, our Elite Six Week Fitness Challenge has officially wrapped up — and wow, what a ride (and walk... and wobble) it’s been!

We celebrated the grand finale with a well-earned BBQ at HQ, where we swapped protein shakes for burgers and congratulated our champions with full bellies and slightly sunburned smiles.

💪 Challenge Highlights (a.k.a. Bragging Rights):

🥇 Heavy Duty Juggernauts – 2,502.1 points (basically unstoppable)
🥈 The Pace Invaders – 2,278.03 points (fast and furious)
🥉 The Over Runners – 2,057.6 points (ran over the competition... almost)
🚶‍♂️ Walking Wonders:
Our step-counting superstars from Gym & Tonic and The Pace Invaders collectively walked enough miles to reach the moon (okay, maybe just the Highlands — but still impressive).

🚴 Cycling Legends:
Between The Pace Invaders, Gym & Tonic, and Heavy Duty Juggernauts, we clocked over 500 miles on two wheels. That’s Tour de Office, right?

📈 Most Improved (a.k.a. The Glow-Up Squad):
Shoutout to the folks who started slow and finished strong — proof that progress beats perfection (and that sore legs build character).
