Pressure Sensor changed and Expansion vessel

Customers having problems for a while , they’d been told diverter (not sure why) it took the company(insurance) over a month for them to sort it for this couple lucky the weather has been good

We also had another call out from (insurance company) after there own had been and kepted leaving filter leaking after new boiler install (apparently the people who fitted boiler forgot to connect the PRV pipe too ) the cap managed to get to fox the the thread with help of some PTFE tape , also was missing its rubber seal inside the cap …..

Anyway both sorted and two happy customers who can stop worrying

Had to re-adjust pipework for a customer before her new kitchen gets put in

And a house that want all new TRV’s replaced

The new gas regs regarding Tightness Test is going to cause some issues I reckon for engineers and customers and landlords

The 0 drop on pipework is going to be interesting how engineers go about it and customers

Put a NEW Towel Rad in for customer and also out up there bath/shower glass ( I never usually do them but wanted it doing for them to sell the property, worked out quite well 🤣)

Customer Worcester had no hot water , changed diverter and we also checked filters clean , managed get the hot water working , another happy customer

Flue not supporter properly AR and booked in for repairs for more support

Recent Jobs Completed
• Attended a customer’s property to carry out a boiler service. The customer reported issues with the hot water — taps closest to the boiler were working fine, while those further away were not. After inspection, we identified a faulty turbine that was not operating correctly. The turbine was replaced, and the system was tested thoroughly. All taps are now working as expected.

• Attended a landlord call-out where the tenant reported loss of pressure on a Vaillant boiler. Upon inspection, the boiler was showing pressure on the digital display but not on the internal gauge. The pressure sensor had previously been replaced by another engineer. We re-pressurised the expansion vessel, and the system is now operating more consistently. The boiler is booked in for a full service next week, where we will recheck and confirm the issue is fully resolved.

Also a few other issues that we have had to relay back to Landlord

Few jobs lately

Fore service and boiler service AR fire as coals discoloured and showing signs of being worn , flame picture was all fine and advised customer to get them changed asap

Elderly tenant unable get heating or hot water as messed with controls on front and unfortunately pressed mode on the front and was off

Customer boiler went to L2 injector was rotten never had it service and still didn’t want me too , so cleaned it and after checking electrodes gas to boiler etc we manager get it going

Had this Vertical flue on a property

We AR it , due to movement and all readings were fine

Booked in to get a extra flue bracket fitted to secure the flue from movement

Been and changed the pump as was all clogged up and not circulating at all
We also changed this hot water temp sensor as well

Customer boiler has been off for over a week so is made up to have the boiler up and running
