BRANCH ADVISOR

Location: Antons UK Ltd, Bootle�Start Date: 3rd November 2025�Salary: Above minimum wage (negotiable depending on experience)

Are you friendly, reliable, and ready to be part of a growing local business? Antons UK Ltd is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Branch Advisor to join our team in Bootle!

🔧 Role Responsibilities
* Taking customer orders via phone, in-person, email, and WhatsApp Business
* Providing product advice and guidance to customers
* Managing customer accounts with care and professionalism
* Processing orders and maintaining accurate records
* Assisting with stock control and inventory management
* Helping with stock replenishment (please note: heavy lifting required)
* Paint mixing

✅ What We're Looking For
* Polite, punctual, honest & reliable
* Strong communication skills with a good telephone manner
* Trustworthy, with attention to detail
* Flexible and willing to learn
* Experience in a customer facing or trade environment is helpful

🛠️ Industry Experience (Preferred)
The ideal candidate will have a background in one or more of the following industries:

* Automotive repair
* Alloy wheel repair
* Classic vehicle restoration
* Commercial/industrial painting
* Motor factors
* Trade Counter experience
(Or a similar hands-on trade where product knowledge and customer service are key.)
