What is a 2 Stage DPF Flush & Clean? 🚗💨

If your DPF is struggling with built-up soot, carbon and ash, a 2 stage clean could help get things moving again.

Unlike a standard DPF clean, our 2 stage process is designed to target both soot/carbon AND ash, making it particularly useful for higher-mileage vehicles.

🔧 Stage 1 – Deep Clean
We introduce our DPF cleaning solution through an appropriate entry point, such as a sensor or pressure hose. The vehicle is then run for a few minutes before the solution is left to work for around 20 minutes, helping break down the deposits inside the DPF.

💦 Stage 2 – Flush
The flushing solution is then pushed through the DPF with the engine running, helping remove as much loosened debris as possible.

Once complete, everything is put back together, fault codes can be cleared with your permission and the vehicle can be checked to make sure it’s operating correctly.

A lot of drivers think the main risk of a DPF delete is failing the MOT…

It isn’t.

The bigger issue is DVSA roadside inspections and emissions enforcement checks. If your vehicle had a DPF fitted from factory and it’s been removed, gutted or mapped out, it’s illegal for UK road use.

Even if:
✔️ No warning lights
✔️ It passed smoke tests
✔️ The casing is still there
✔️ It passed a previous MOT

…it can still be flagged as tampered with.

Possible consequences:
