"These doors have never worked so well".

One of the jobs from this week was to repair the back doors of a restaurant after the old hinge had failed and the bottom of the doors had rusted out. Replaced with a new heavy duty hinge and 3mm plate on both sides of the doors to stop any pests from getting in.
