No Ordinary House, kindly sent to us by the architects at Mulroy, is a striking example of blending both steel and aluminium glazing, creating a unique flow and theme to each area of the property.

The office area is surround by Fabco steel frames, allowing for maximum natural lighting whilst maintaining a traditional glazing style in keeping with the rooms décor.

Located in the coastal village of West Wittering, Swallows Return has been transformed through a considered architectural extension designed by . The project redefines the relationship between house and landscape, introducing expansive steel glazing that frames uninterrupted views of the surrounding coastal environment.

Fabco was appointed to manufacture bespoke steel glazing systems throughout, delivering a solution that balances refined minimalism with robust performance in a demanding coastal setting. The frames have been specially painted to provide longevity in a demanding marine/ coastal environment and the glazing upgraded to Saint Gobain solar control glass for added comfort inside the property.

Almost a decade later, this project continues to embody understated elegance, with timeless steel glazing spanning the full rear elevation.

The dining area is enclosed by a combination of our steel doors, screens, and duplex windows, creating a bright, inviting space filled with natural light.

Positioned directly above, the bedroom is defined by a striking pitched screen, complete with dual side-hung windows that frame the space beautifully.

Teaming with natural finishes, this quaint home personifies idealistic British countryside living, whilst providing a grand take on traditional architecture.

The rustic tones of the property are continued throughout, with the bespoke artisan cabinetry from from their 'Sebastian Cox' range, set against the exposed sandstone coloured brickwork of the home. Framing the side of the kitchen, the client specified a set our our external Fabco doors, with a large gable pitched screen above, maximising natural light flow.

Constantly looking to further our workflow and accuracy, Fabco has recently upgraded their 3D laser system used for measuring any arched or curved apertures.

The new laser provides millimetre accuracy over a greater distance, instructed and tracked by a data pen unique to the system. Our surveyors are able to log tiny nuances within your buildings aperture, ensuring all frames are fabricated to fit with precision.
