A supplier tells you a job will be ready on Friday. Friday comes and you get a call saying it's delayed another week. The part arrives the following Thursday and the dimensions are out by half a millimetre. You've got a site waiting. A schedule that's slipped. A client asking questions.
That's a conversation we have with contractors regularly. It's not always about finding a fabricator. It's about finding one who means what they say.
When we quote a delivery date, we build in the time we actually need. Not the time we hope for. When we take on a job to specification, we check it matters before we start cutting. If something doesn't fit the drawing or if we spot an issue early, you hear about it from us, not from the site. And when we say it will be ready, it will be ready.
That's not magic. It's just working out what the job needs, doing it properly, and being honest about how long it takes.
We've been doing this on the Riverside Industrial Estate for years. Gates, frames, brackets, staircases, one-off parts for contractors and manufacturers across West Sussex and beyond. TIG welding and powder coating in-house. No outsourcing the finishing. No surprises.
