What a difference this made to the sound of the car, its how a 340i should sound in my opinion.. The owner left a happy man 👍

Lovely big 4.0 V8 twin turbo S6 in for a new system 🔥

Going from a stock exhaust (with gutted backboxes) to this is absolutely night & day! The owner needed a lot more noise from it and it sounds nuts now.

2.5" down both banks into a single Profusion silencer with internal x-pipe, keeping the owners carbon Akrapovic style tips.

F31 335D turbo-back exhaust completed in 3.5"..Another full system completed for the man who loves his pie cuts 😂 3.5" ...

Another full system completed for the man who loves his pie cuts 😂 3.5" downpipe right from the turbo & retaining all the sensors, and a tucked system clearing all the factory bracing, into a 4" pie cut downturn tip.

Sounds absolutely mint 👌

Ep3 outer sills replaced ✅️

Returning customer back to have the outer sills replaced after doing the inner sills & lower arches last year. Now with all new metal welded in, the sills were pumped full of cavity wax and stonechip applied to give the car a bit of protection. Outer sills coated with epoxy primer.

Left a 3" vband in the middle for the customer to return for a dual exit setup.

Real nice Bora with a GTB2260 hybrid finished up with a full stainless exhaust ✅️

3" downpipe made up with an egt sensor boss added, into a 2.5" system with sleeved dummy cat, a proper silencer for a change and twin 3" tips.

Sometimes you'll see one of these that just hits different; GLI rear bootlid & lights, anniversary Recaro interior, mint long beaches and a clean, dry engine bay. Perfect 👌

A beast of a Defender finished up, bmw M57-swapped with a TurboSystems hybrid turbo fitted 💥

This was a really clean swap put together and with the owner pushing this one as far as he can, we went for a 3.5" open exhaust from the turbo, keeping the downpipe and the exhaust tucked up as high as possible incase he decided to take it off road.

A few pie cuts were required for good clearance around the prop shaft and to keep the y-section tight to the floor above the diff and a-frame. Split into a dual 3" exit to maximise clearance over the back axle and into downturn tips. The best sounding Defender ive done yet ✅️

E36 328i finished up last week with an exhaust from the manifold..

Replacing the mess of a previous one with a new dual 2" downpipe, running into 2.5" merge then stepped up to 3" to the existing backbox.

The old exhaust was lying on the floor and had scuffed holes into the pipe & silencer and was blowing out from the v bands. Everything tucked up tight into the tunnel now and flows a lot healthier without the mad angles of the previous setup.
