Commissioning is about to start on a Gas Delivery and Mixing system for a glass production plant in the Adriatic region.

The control system designed by Rebus includes a Siemens S7 400 PLC system and multiple Operator Touchscreens for local/remote control and status information.
Gas flow is controlled by mass flow controllers with mixing set by operational parameters.
A gas purge cleaning cycle is initiated between production batches.

Fully automated Heating Control System completed as part of the refurbishment of a 13th Century Castle. There are 24 rooms situated on 3 floors, all with independent temperature control via a 10" Operator Touchscreen and corresponding multiple-PLC Ethernet network. The system can assign individual rooms to different zones and also isolate zones or individual rooms if required. Each room has an individual room temperature set-point entry facility; or temperature adjustment can be made by a global zone set-point.

It is delivery day for another Environmental Control System Panel. This system provides accurate manipulation of Air Temperature and Humidity in a very large animal enclosure. The system is designed to control the temperature to an accuracy of 0.1°C all year round, utilising industrial heaters and ventilation fans. The panel is equipped with a 10” colour Operator touch screen and a Programmable Logic controller for plant automatic operation – The system design, build and software development all provided by Rebus Control Systems Ltd.

Premier Oil has announced that the Solan field west of Shetland has produced its first oil.
Installed is a Anti-Biofouling Plant using a fully automated Control System housed in a ATEX Zone 2 EEx(p) Control Panel. The System has the capability of delivering 125 KW Power and is equipped with Modbus Communications for remote data acquisition and control. The Control System was designed and built in 14 weeks by Rebus Control Systems.
