Out on site this morning for Daniel Charles Construction Ltd, Full service carried out for one of there 14m Telehandlers, Great to see the operator looking after his machine and keeping it well maintained 👍🏼

Breakdown 🚚💨

Thursday evening we got a call to see if we could assist with a breakdown, we attended Friday morning to a non start dumper, jumped off and checked over to find a faulty battery, customer supplied a new one and asked if we could carry out some repairs to more of their machines on site whilst I was present ✔️

This week we had an afternoon over at Stephen Price Surfacing Ltd , machines was due a full service, all work carried out and minor defects sorted whilst on site, Serviced, Inspected and Repaired

Investment 💰

Today we collected our new Diagnostic machine, Supplied by Partic Motor Spares, This means we can now plug into various makes and models of Plant & Agricultire Machines to read any error codes or program new parts or calibration 👍🏼

Today we went out to help Welton Tree Services 👍🏼

New throttle cable supplied and fitted to the Sherpa log grabber, couple of trailers sorted with light issues, all carried out on site ✔️

Back Out to Colsterworth 🚚

Today I got called back to the generator as wouldn’t start to find they had done the same as before, ran it out of fuel filled it up and wouldn’t start 😳 Check over and re bleed the fuel system and back up running again ✔️

Today we got a call from Prestige Plant Solutions LTD, if we could attend a breakdown at North Scarle 🚚

On site to a donkey engine that had died out and stopped running whilst blowing feed into the silo’s, on investigation we noticed the fuel pump had a loose injector, all tightened back down and bleed up it was back running 👍🏼

We started the year off with one of our valued customers Callum Stalford - CS Paving & Surfacing, Full service was carried out on site for his hamm 80 roller along with a repair to the header tank, Starting the year fresh 👌🏽

Called to a Breakdown 🚚💨

Js145 which had stopped in the yard, machine was flat when tried to start so jumped it off, machine flagged battery symbol on the dash, checked onboard charging and irregular voltage showing, tested alternator to make sure no dodgy signal wire but still faulting, new alternator supplied and fitted, machine back up and running ✔️

Supporting Another Plant Hire Company

A message this morning to see if I was local to derby as one of there machines had gone down, attended to this Takeuchi tb225 which was a none starter, quick jump start and it was away, all the checks done, driver had an issue with the hydraulic locking and horn beeping, showed him what was wrong
