From a simple Facebook ad in 2025 to the biggest stage in the UK, this group of 32 farmers has taken the nation on an unforgettable journey. Representing every corner of British agriculture — dairy, arable, livestock and more — they’ve shown the true spirit, resilience and heart of our rural communities. 🚜💚

What makes this achievement even more powerful is the purpose behind it. The Hawkstone Farmers’ Choir has shone a national spotlight on mental health and su***de prevention in farming — turning music into a lifeline and bringing people together where it matters most.

As Katryna Shell so powerfully said: “We aren’t doing it for us… we are doing it for every person out there who doesn’t feel okay.”

Spaldings is proud to share that our colleagues have raised over ÂŁ1,000 this financial year in support of the Lincolnshire Agricultural Society (LAS).

The funds were raised through a series of team led dress down days, raffles, and bake sales, all organised by our Charity & Social Committee.

The LAS plays a vital role in educating people of all ages about food, farming, and the countryside — from Breakfast Week, Tractors into Schools and the Schools’ Challenge, to family events like Countryside Lincs. We’re delighted to support the impact they create across the region.
