Busy finish to the end to the week 🔩

Final testing being carried out (ft Ben) on one of two refurbished hydraulic cylinders before being transported to Scotland to be fitted back to a large bridge 🌉

Manufactured in house. No drawings. No shortcuts.

The originals came in worn and outdated. We manufactured new mill-type cylinders to match application requirements, and machined bespoke cushioning valves to suit the operating conditions. Now ready for installation.

🔧 Hydraulic Cylinder Rebuild

Another fast, high-quality rebuild completed.

This cylinder was fully overhauled with:
✔️ A newly machined chrome rod
✔️ Rewelded gland and tube
✔️ Honed cylinder bore

All delivered with a quick turnaround to minimise downtime and keep our customer’s equipment running at peak performance.
