We can remove any damaged bolt or tap even ones that are completely recessed, with our Spark Eroder. These forming jaws to replace were over £11000 for a bespoke automotive manufacturer. We charge £60 a bolt to remove, literally saving this customer thousands.

Well that's us and ready for delivery date tomorrow. Horrendously busy day today but the parts are done and these final test samples are ready to go.

3 months of design and revisions for this client. Intricate machining out of stainless for these fast deploy locating pucks.

We do make some nice stuff now and again. 🤘

I may machine an aluminium guitar body next. 😉
