The Law Commission has been asked to prepare detailed proposals for reform of the UK's Product Liability Law (Part 2: of the Consumer Protection Act) and has started a public consultation to understand the views of Industry and Consumers.
This is an important change in the law, which will impact all consumers - and suppliers of products used in the UK.
So, now is the time to tell the government what needs changing, and how we should balance the interests of consumers and industry...

The use of hydrogen as a fuel may be inherently inefficient, in terms of the yield - useful work done / energy consumed to produce and process the fuel, but for some niche markets it may have a significant role.
