📍 Location:Leyland (Workshop & Site-Based)

🕒 Job Type: Full-Time (40-60 hours a week)

SHCaunce LTD is looking for a skilled and reliable Welder/Fitter to join our growing team. The role involves working both in our workshop and on customer sites, carrying out welding, fabrication, and installation work to a high standard.

Key Duties:
• MIG & MMA welding
• On-site fabrication and installation
• Reading engineering drawings
• Assembling and repairing heavy plant machinery and steel structures
• Maintaining high safety and quality standards

Requirements:
✔ Proven welding/fitting experience
✔ Welding qualifications
✔ Ability to read technical drawings
✔ Strong fabrication and fitting skills
✔ Full UK driving licence
✔ Willingness to travel and occasionally work away or night shifts

Desirable:
• CSCS Card
• MPQC Card
• NPORS

From start to finish in our workshop Cat 320 bucket refurbishment... removed and replaced floor and half sides, replaced blade and noses, new tooth adapters, wear bars, in house profiled new cheek wear plates fitted. Fully welded and painted up ready to go.
