Don't usually get involved with static caravans but this customers toilet would not shut off and was overflowing into toilet pan.
Removed toilet and filler valve to find cracked stem. New filler valve fitted.

A new customer had a service carried out by another enginneer and reported damp behind the battery box but didn't have time to identify the cause. Customer concerned called me and wanted a second opinion.
Sure enough the floor had damp readings which i followed back to under the sink and cooker area to find the Alde heating pipe clip in the wrong position meaning when the heating was on the rubber pipe expands letting the glycol leak out and travel down the caravan.
This has been like this from factory.
Check your heating pipe joints if you are loosing abit of Alde fluid and having to top up.

New heat exchanger kit fitted.
All up and running now
