Install of a 22kw Airwave Vari-speed package for Nutrition Geeks In Luton.

This compressor was chosen to supply the air for their packaging machines.

Due to the different demand throughout the day, having a variable speed machine will save a lot on power consumption, as the compressor can ‘Vari’ the ‘Speed’ of the motor to suit the demand.

The air is then fed from a 720l tank and dryer/filter combo via the Prevost EU pipe system.

This is the first stage of a much larger project, and will look forward to the progress later in the year.

This compressor was chosen to replace a fixed speed fixed speed machine of the same size.

The ABAC spinn provides the base load of air, while the Vari-speed picks up the peaks and valleys of the demand.
This is the most efficient way to run these different types together.

The customer already has an airwave Eco-dry, refrigerated dryer, and trusted our brand for the upgrade on the compressor.

Recent install of an Airwave Eco-speed 7.5-10-350D, along with oilwater separator and Prevost pipe system.

This machine was installed to provide clean, dry air that will be used for 2 spray booths and various air tools

This Eco-speed comes with a refrigerated air dryer, filtration and mounted on a generous 350l receiver.
Direct drive motor, and solid steel internal piping , which helps reduce maintenance costs, along with a a very simple to use digital controller.

Nice install of another Airwave Eco-speed 11kw compressor , alongside one of our first ever vari-speed compressors from years ago!

This set up is installed at sub Cnc in Luton, to provide the air for the engineering equipment they use.

This compressor replaced an ABAC c compressor that was becoming problematic.

The eco-speed is the ‘fixed’ speed version, and coupled together with the ‘variable’ speed, Vari-speed compressor , making this a efficient lead/lag system, offering the customer the air flow they need, and saving money on electric costs

A recent install of the Airwave vari-speed 7.5-10-350D at the London Orthopaedic Centre.
This compressor will be used for various air powered hand tools, and the small shot blasting cabinets.

The installers had a few obstacles to navigate to site the compressor where the customer wanted it.

The modular design, made the task a bit easier, with just a few bolts, the machine can be disassembled into its core pieces, and reassembled in no time at all.
