We're proud to cheer on Culcheth Eagles Masters, a team close to home here at Simply Bearings, as one of our very own colleagues heads to Northern Ireland for a special charity match!
This Saturday, the Culcheth Eagles Masters will take on the Belfast Bald Eagles, bringing together a shared love of rugby, friendship and community, while supporting the incredible work of the National Autistic Society.

A little about the Eagles...
Culcheth Eagles Masters is a Rugby League team welcoming players of all abilities aged 35 and over. Built on team spirit, community participation and a love of the game, the Eagles prove that rugby is about much more than what happens on the pitch!

The National Autistic Society works to improve the lives of autistic people and their families, helping to build a society that better understands, accepts and supports autism.

Let's Talk. Let's Listen.

Sometimes starting a conversation about mental health can be difficult. We might worry about saying the wrong thing, not knowing how to start, or not knowing whom to turn to.

At Simply Bearings, we want to help make those conversations a little easier.

Our team have undertaken mental health first aid training, helping us to recognise when someone may need support and, importantly, giving us the confidence to listen.

Because supporting someone doesn't always mean having the answers.

Sometimes it starts with asking 'How are you, really?' and taking the time to listen to the answer.

This World Mental Health Day, we're supporting the Mental Health Foundation's message to talk, listen, and support better mental health together.
