We recently completed a full replacement of the box housing the Wilcox body sheeting and tailgate system, ensuring all components are fully protected from weather conditions.

Our work included:
✅ Replacing the original box with a weatherproof enclosure
✅ Ensuring all moving parts and electronics are fully shielded
✅ Maintaining easy access for maintenance while extending the system’s lifespan

In by morning, out by evening.

A customer contacted us after having an accident with his door. We were able to fit him into our schedule and get him exactly what he needed with minimal down time. The lead time on an already-made door was far too long, so we sourced all the materials and manufactured it ourselves. Both the customer and I were really happy with how it turned out.

Before ⏩️ After

Our customers value our quick turnaround times to keep lorries earning, and this was no exception. A night driver had an unfortunate accident this morning resulting in this side panel hole - (wrong guesses only on how it happened)

The vehicle was collected and our Head Fabricator had it back on the road before the next drivers shift, resulting in no commercial downtime.

A great result all round and a very happy customer!
