We’re really proud to shout out Jeff Preston, one of our HVAC engineers, for going above and beyond during a recent visit to PFC Corofil.

After the visit, the client got in touch to let us know how impressed they were with Jeff, not just with the work he was there to do, but with how quickly he stepped in when a major water leak suddenly happened on site. Jeff didn’t hesitate to help, and the client was genuinely grateful for the support he gave in the moment.

Jeff’s Manager, Scott, also shared his appreciation, saying:
“It’s instances like these that truly demonstrate the value you bring to out team and echo the efforts JCW, offer to our clientele. Well done, Jeff.”

Building Trust with a New Client

We were proud to recently commence a new contract with the Welsh Ambulance Service. In the early stages of mobilisation, our Cardiff-based engineer, Mike West, has been called to several sites to address historic issues. Establishing confidence at this point in a new relationship is vital – and Mike has represented JCW with professionalism throughout.

Going Above and Beyond

Following a routine internal check carried out by our customer, an issue was identified that required swift action to avoid disruption.

The client contacted our electrical service engineer, Karl, for guidance and, although it was his day off, he kindly offered to attend while he was nearby. He quickly identified the cause, restored normal operation and reassured the on-site team.

We’re proud of the way our engineers take ownership and support our customers when it matters most.

Thank you, Karl and to all of our team who consistently demonstrate professionalism, teamwork and genuine care.
