Enginuity and the Confederation of British Metalforming have recently signed a new partnership focused on understanding what manufacturers actually need when it comes to skills, training & workforce development.

That’s an interesting conversation for us as engineering recruiters...

Because we’re seeing first-hand that businesses are looking for people with the right technical skills and experience for where their industry is heading!

As technology and sustainability continue to evolve, so will the people and skills manufacturers need.

It’ll be interesting to see how this partnership develops particularly around making training and skills provision more closely match what employers are actually asking for!
