A memorable evening at the Red Dot Designers' Night in Essen, Germany, celebrating JLG® LiftPod™’s Red Dot Award in the Product Design category.

Joining us on the night were Richard Puglia, Erik Ulendorp, Morten Ellis and Scott Harris, alongside our design partner, DCA Design International Ltd.

It was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the collaboration between the design, engineering and commercial teams that helped bring LiftPod from concept to an award-winning product.

31 lives lost. One preventable cause.

According to the Health and Safety Executive, falls from height remain one of the leading causes of workplace fatalities, accounting for around a quarter of all worker deaths.

Presenting at a ‘Lunch and Learn’ for TheOps Nest on Tuesday 15th September, Sam Butterworth, Business Development Manager for JLG Power Towers, explored why working at height isn't just about how high your teams have to go. The way a low-level task is planned and accessed is an important consideration in managing work-at-height risks.

As access solutions continue to evolve, organisations have more opportunities than ever to select the appropriate access equipment.

It’s been a busy first half of the year for JLG Power Towers.

From showcasing safe working practices at The Health & Safety Event in Birmingham, to demonstrating low-level access efficiency at APEX in Maastricht, the team has been on the road connecting with operational and H&S leaders across a wide range of industries.

From data centres through to construction, warehousing, and hazardous environments, it’s been a valuable opportunity to explore how teams are approaching work at height today. And we’ve been listening.
