This was an interesting job, we machined these rockers for V12 Ferrari engines from EN24T billet.
As you can see the billets were 50 mm dia round as EN24T in very difficult to get in flat bar.
The billets were 100 mm long and weighed 1536 grams the finished rockers weighed less than 100 grams, lots of swarf and lots of time.

Cylinder head sent to us by customer to be reconditioned. The head was degreased, blasted to clean new Colsibro valve guides fitted. We supplied G&S Valves the valve seats were cut to clean. We thread milled the exhaust ports to fit screw in stubs for the exhausts as opposed to push in pipes . The head was finally skimmed true.
We are able to carry out all aspects of engine reconditioning and repairs.

I have not posted for a while due to being very busy.
So here’s a picture of one of my Alloy cylinder kits for a Unit/ Pre-Unit Triumph Twin these are available as 650 or 750cc.
Also in the picture is one of my Billet Oil Filter kits for the same bikes
