- 50mm x 50mm x 2mm ERW
- 2mm mild steel sheeting
- R10, T15 x 2mm perforated mesh panels

* 38.1mm diameter tubing
* 6mm Lasered plates for top and bottom

* 50mm x 50mm x 1.5mm box section

Now proud sponsors of Kirby U13’s ⚽️🤝🏻

Having growing up playing football non stop in all conditions I personally know how these little things can help a local grass roots team in making them feel good and having exactly what they need in order to grow which is what life’s all about. It’s also the least I could do for their manager Fais, as in the early days of Bespoke he guided me through a lot of online guidance within the business side of social media. Never ever forget where you come from and who helped you in the process.

Completed this job a couple weeks back for

📍Bagworth

As usual Freddie came to us with all the steel calcs and drawings provided by his surveyor in order to muster up a plan together and execute it perfectly with minimal disruption👌🏼

Job lot consisted of -

* 4 lengths of 100mm x 100mm x 200mm L - section steel welded on the ends of the rsj’s to allow for tee-ing off one another

* 10 lengths of 80mm x 80mm box section for spacings on two lots of parrallel steels bolted to one another

* 11 lengths of RSJ steels -
- 3.2M length of 127 x 76 UC13
- 5.23M lengths of 203 x 133 UB30 (2 off)
- 4M lengths of 203 x 102 UB23 (2off)
- 6.02M & 1.5M lengths of 152 x 89 UB16
- 1.5M length of 178 x 102 UB19
- 3.3M lengths of 254 x 254 UC73 (2 off)
- 7.4M length of 254 x 254 UC73 - 535KG🤯

* 6mm x 300mm flat plate to weld underneath the 6.02M length of 152 x 89 UB16 allowing it to sit square on the brick work and allow building to commence on top and and around it.

* On-site assisted fitting along with the building work team.

* All steels painted in red oxide 🎨

All dimensional drawings and visuals adhered to, to create this STUNNING modern burger joint 🤩

Job lot included -

- 2x Table Dividers
* 40mm x 20mm x 1.5mm ERW
* R10 T15 self colour mesh

- 2x Rounded Ceiling mesh panels
* 40mm x 40mm x 1.5mm ERW
* 25mm x 25mm x 10 gauge self colour mesh
* These panels had a 200mm rad formed on each corner

- 2x Singular Wall mesh panels
* 40mm x 40mm x 1.5 ERW
* R10, T15 self colour mesh
* Both panels had a 200mm rad formed on 2 corners per frame

- 1x Up ‘n’ over mesh panel
* 1 whole Mesh panel bolting to both the wall and ceiling
* 40mm x 40mm x 1.5 ERW
* R10 T15 self colour mesh

- 12 existing stool modifications
* Welding the fixing plates onto the stool frame instead of using bolts so it eliminates any potential movement on the bolts going forward with wear and tear

- 1x seating bench
* 30mm x 30mm x 1.5mm ERW
