Another high quality install by the JACE team, this time it’s a 16x32 Euroclass 800 Herringbone for Bradbury’s 🐮

This install balances Cost-effective conventional milking with some of GEA’s latest technology:

💥 Another robot install is LIVE!💥

This week saw another exciting JACE project go live with the installation of this fully guided robot milking system for Brooklands Dairy’s organic Brown Swiss herd near Ellesmere, Shropshire. 🐄👏

The herd is currently housed while the grazing platform is set up. The new dairy building features x2 GEA R9500 DairyRobots and 80 cubicles.

This is a fully guided system that delivers a number of efficiencies including help in reducing:

➡️ Labour: no cows to collect
🔌 Power: no refusal visits, which increases the number of animals per robot
🐄 Feed: no need for expensive concentrates.

The automated milking system enables Paul and Helen, of Deefields Farm, to spend more time concentrating on their next project, Gelato Ice Cream and a visitor centre - good luck with the next phase Helen and Paul 🍦

Big thanks to many of the JACE team for getting this one done so quickly, including David, Steve, Morgan, Greg and Sam 👏
