💥 Slurry Separation Solutions - Grant eligible! 💥

Last week we sold x3 more Slurry Separation solutions to our customers who want a reliable and efficient separation system to get the most out of their manure. Customers are choosing GEA for better quality equipment and more reliability than competitor offerings.

The GEA XPress™ Fiber Separation System extracts the longest possible fibre from manure to provide maximum comfort for your cows. There are 2ft, 4ft or 6ft options for the roller press xpress solution or a combination of multiples.

Key benefits include:

➡️ High quality construction from stainless steel – the frame, roller shield, motor table, roller arms and accessories.
➡️ The rubber roller is made of small individual sections bolted together to provide easy rotation and replacement of the roller sections, when needed.
➡️ Pressure is applied to the fiber with an air bag system built to handle the conditions in separation rooms. This system provides uniform material compression across the roll.
➡️ Each steel roller and transition chute has an integrated rinsing system.
➡️ Laser level sensor providing accurate readings of the level of solids in the chute between each roller press system.
➡️ Control panel with optional Variable Speed Drive (VSD).
➡️ Low power consumption, each set of rollers uses only 1.5 HP (1.1 Kw).

Here at JACE, We are excited to announce we are hiring for a new role - Slurry Engineer!

Following the recent launch of JACE’s slurry solutions in partnership with GEA, we have seen a huge interest in our solutions and already sold a number of systems to multiple customers 🤝

Given the demand we have for some of the best Slurry equipment on the market, we have a brilliant opportunity for an engineer with experience of and a genuine interest in slurry, to lead the JACE charge in installing, commissioning, servicing and maintaining the GEA (Houle) equipment across our customers.

The role offers a lot of growth potential in terms of taking a lead with our slurry proposition through GEA, by consulting, installing, maintaining and potentially leading a future team of engineers (or acting as an expert alone if you don’t want to manage others).

We will offer a very competitive package with salary, holiday, private medical healthcare, vehicle, tools and development.

A huge thank you to all the customers and visitors who stopped by at the JACE and .uk stand at Nantwich show, it was a brilliant day! ☀️

We had a great time seeing everyone, showing them our GEA show robot and of course the exciting GEA slurry range!
