We had this beautiful Mondeo St24 in a couple of weeks ago for a new stainless system, these cars are very muted from factory as you’ll hear in the first video, the brief was ‘a little bit not too much’. We went up from a 2.25” to 2.5” system, smaller centre box, get rid of the passenger side back box and I think we got it about right, what do you think?

Chassis leg repair on the bronco, once that’s done we can rebuild the back section ready to accept a new bumper!

It’s back from the blasters, it’s a bit of a mess 😅

Getting the frame ready for shot blasting! Full tear down & a sneak preview of all the dirt, mouse nests, termite mounds, insects and shrubbery concealed in the chassis!!

We’ve had this beautiful TR6 in for recommissioning, really quite fond of it which I never intended. Good colour, nice wheels and a decent soundtrack too

It’s had the following :

Full health check, New battery, New alternator, Carbs taken apart and cleaned, New fuel & filter, Fuel pipes replaced
Overdrive gasket refresh & oil top up, Overdrive wiring redone, New drop links, New upper ball joints, New gearbox mounts, All gauges now work correctly, New coil & igniter, Timing checked & redone, New fan wiring so it works off temperature and not off a switch, All lights working as they should, Wiring tidied up, Interior wiring sorted out.

Ready for the road again.

Another bodge!! With a car that’s been kicking around for 52 years, it has plenty of battle scars but some worse than others. A chassis rail that has been cut off isn’t the best starting point, but we love a challenge and the bronco is certainly that. Stay tuned for updates

The body is off 💪🏼 Take a look at some of the surprises we found 😅 This bronco has had a proper life, saved from a car grave yard in Little Rock, to a shed in the Peak District, wild.
We’re really getting stuck in now, can’t wait to share some of the plans with you!

More progress on the bronco! The mix of shots really shows you the reality of working on proper projects, it takes time & patience 😅 The filming side is a lot easier than expected! I just leave it running & chop it up later 💪🏼 let us know if you prefer the type of content!

You’re not ready for how rough this is, and neither were we 😂

This bronco was imported from Little Rock Arkansas, found in a car graveyard! Looks to have been used as a canyon bashing car, bucket seats, roll cage and every panel stoved in! We’re already getting stuck in so stay tuned for updates!

This is a big budget full nut and bolt restomod, it’s going to be epic, stay tuned 😎
