Why use two machines when one can do the job?
A food manufacturer needed to move pallets weighing up to 1,000kg, lift them over two metres, and weigh every pallet accurately.
The problem? Weighing meant moving each pallet to a separate weighing station before continuing.
So we built the weighing system into the truck.
Working with RAVAS, we integrated a wireless fork-mounted weighing system into an electric stacker truck, giving the operator powered lifting, powered driving and accurate weighing in one machine.
With a 1,200kg capacity, ±1.25kg weighing accuracy and a telescopic mast reaching 2,800mm, it combines several stages of the process into one.
The result is simple:
✅ One less step
✅ Less floor space required
✅ Less movement for operators
✅ A more efficient handling process
