Flywheel Side – Organic Friction – Steel Backing to provide rigidity and increased thermal capacity.
Pressure Plate Side – Full Face Segmented Ceramic Disc – This facing material can manage a thermal capacity of up to 600 ⁰C whilst maintaining a progressive engagement feel – ideal for both street and track use.

This is a unique offer to Max Torque Clutches where we include a flexible fin between the friction material which helps maintain the original clutch progressive feel.
This would utilise our steel backed organic lining on one side of the disc and our full face segmented ceramic lining on the other. The advantage of this solution is that the disc would not suffer from excess runout which in turn causes judder upon initial transition.
