In 2025, recycling rates for non-hazardous waste increased to 75%, up from 58% in 2024.

This reflects continued efforts to reduce waste, improve material use and embed more efficient processes across our sites.

Are you an experienced tax professional looking to take the next step in your career? We’re hiring an 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐚𝐱 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 / 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐱 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐭 to join our growing Group Tax team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your in-house tax experience within a global manufacturing business, gaining exposure to UK and international tax matters across the Group.

Your role will include:
🔸 Supporting corporate tax compliance and reporting activities
🔸 Assisting with tax provisioning, governance and reporting processes
🔸 Supporting transfer pricing and financing projects
🔸 Working on global tax matters across multiple jurisdictions
🔸 Supporting process improvement and maintaining effective tax controls
🔸 Collaborating with finance teams, external advisors and Group Tax leadership

What we’re looking for:
🔸 Experience in corporate tax, either in-house or within practice
🔸 Background within Big 4 or a large professional services environment is advantageous
🔸 Exposure to international tax matters and US GAAP reporting is beneficial
🔸 Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
🔸 A proactive and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

Participants will gain exposure to the full aerospace investment casting process, work on meaningful projects from day one, learn from industry experts, and receive mentorship to support their career growth in a high-precision manufacturing environment.

This is a key role where you’ll take ownership of payroll processing, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while supporting compliance and continuous improvement.

Your role will include:
🔸 Managing end-to-end payroll processing for UK employees
🔸 Preparing and processing monthly payroll, including statutory payments such as SSP and SMP
🔸 Reviewing new starters, leavers and pay changes within the payroll system
🔸 Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation and company policies
🔸 Supporting HR and Finance teams with payroll insights and recommendations
🔸 Monitoring and adapting to changes in payroll legislation

What we’re looking for:
🔸 Experience in payroll administration, including timesheet-based payroll
🔸 Knowledge of UK payroll legislation
🔸 Experience using payroll systems, ideally Dayforce
🔸 Strong attention to detail and accuracy
🔸 Good communication and organisational skills
