Today marks a proud moment for Doncasters as we successfully list on the New York Stock Exchange.

This is a major milestone in our near 250-year history and an important next step in our growth journey.

Founded in Sheffield in 1778, Doncasters has evolved into a global business and trusted partner of world’s leading customers across aerospace, industrial gas turbines and transportation. A huge congratulations to our Uni-Pol China site, which has been awarded Best Performance by one of their customers, IHT Turbo Thailand.

General Manager Jason Liu and Quality Manager Cannon Zhang attended the awarding ceremony in Thailand to receive the award, with Jason also invited to give a speech during the ceremony.

The award was given in recognition of UPC's on-time delivery, quality assurance and good service to the customer.

A proactive safety culture starts with people speaking up.

In 2025, we recorded 3,371 STEP reports across our global operations, compared to 1,991 the previous year, reflecting improved
awareness and confidence in reporting.

The programme was extended to India, China and Mexico,
improving global consistency and visibility of reporting.

This increase reflects greater awareness, stronger engagement and a culture where employees feel confident identifying risks and reporting concerns, because the more we see, the more we can prevent.

Are you an experienced tax professional looking to take the next step in your career? We’re hiring an 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐚𝐱 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 / 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐱 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐭 to join our growing Group Tax team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your in-house tax experience within a global manufacturing business, gaining exposure to UK and international tax matters across the Group.

Your role will include:
🔸 Supporting corporate tax compliance and reporting activities
🔸 Assisting with tax provisioning, governance and reporting processes
🔸 Supporting transfer pricing and financing projects
🔸 Working on global tax matters across multiple jurisdictions
🔸 Supporting process improvement and maintaining effective tax controls
🔸 Collaborating with finance teams, external advisors and Group Tax leadership

What we’re looking for:
🔸 Experience in corporate tax, either in-house or within practice
🔸 Background within Big 4 or a large professional services environment is advantageous
🔸 Exposure to international tax matters and US GAAP reporting is beneficial
🔸 Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
🔸 A proactive and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

This hybrid role is based at our East Midlands Airport Head Office.
