Crabtree & Hill Ltd are recruiting for an office administrator to help us continue the growth of the company and provide an excellent customer service to our client base. This role requires someone who is enthusiastic, professional, flexible and committed to the duties involved.
Good IT skills are required as the company is currently onboarding a new CRM System that requires the transfer of a large amount of documentation. A high attention to detail is paramount along with an attitude to learn and develop new skills if required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Preparing quotations.
Liaising with clients by phone and email.
Communicating with various suppliers.
Preparing and processing purchase orders.
Preparing small orders to despatch.
Assisting with all office duties.
Documentation of audit and testing documents.
REQUIREMENTS:-
Good IT skills.
Microsoft Office 365 skills (Inc. Word, Excel & Outlook).
Good customer service, communication & relationship building skills.
Attention to detail & Task accuracy.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience of working alongside others would be an advantage.
Based at the company office in Rawdon (Leeds).
Monday to Friday
APPROX: £23,000 - £26,000 +
